Serene bedrooms and small sleeping lofts with soft linens and plush pillows, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, large covered porch, a fire pit by the woods, and an EV charger. Minutes from downtown Petoskey and all it has to offer, but in a peaceful and quiet setting! No annoying checkout list!

Riverfront cottage 1-mile nature walk to downtown

A unique old-school cottage located right on the Bear River and Petoskey's newly developed Bear River park and trail. A one-mile meandering walk, over the river and through the woods will take you to downtown Petoskey and Lake Michigan. Along the riverwalk in the opposite direction is a skate park and running track. Also close to shopping plazas and a robust downtown shopping district. The house is dog friendly with a fenced in yard and has three porches to look out over the the river valley.

Welcome to Springbrook Retreat, our charming A-frame cabin nestled in the woods of Boyne Falls, Michigan among a small neighborhood of A-frames! Our cabin is centrally located to Boyne Mountain, Petoskey, Charlevoix, and Mackinac Island, making it an ideal home base for exploring the beauty of Northern Michigan. Equipped with a newly renovated bathroom, laundry machines, and a wood burning stove, this is the perfect cozy spot for your ski trip to Boyne Mountain (only a 10 minute drive away).

Unit #1 Petoskey Townhouse

This newly remodeled townhouse unit offers a living room, dining room and cottage style kitchen. There are three bedrooms upstairs : a king, queen and twin with a trundle bed. There is a shared deck and large yard. It's very clean and comfortable. Linens, blankets, pillows, towels are provided. Kitchen is fully stocked. We have one window air conditioning unit downstairs and one upstairs and window fans. There is one parking spot to the left of the unit and extra parking on the street.

Cozy Country Cabin 2 bedroom

Relax with the family in this peaceful cabin in the country. New two bedroom cabin sleeps 6 people. Perfect location south side of Petoskey and 10-15 minutes from Walloon Lake, Boyne City, Boyne Falls and Harbor Springs. Swimming close by at Walloon Beach or Petoskey State Park. Numerous hiking areas including the North Country Trail less than a mile away. The Bear River is minutes away with kayaks and canoe available to rent. Lots to do in the area or just enjoy the peaceful cabin!

Adjacent to The Glacial Hills Pathway with 33 miles of hiking/ biking trails. Expansive sky boasts amazing sunsets and star gazing. Close to many lakes and beaches. 2 miles to Bellaire.
