The villa enjoys a unique rural location. Set on a spacious private plot, fully enclosed by a stone wall and metal fencing. The beautiful rural setting provides the perfect atmosphere! A small pebble beach can be reached after a short walk through a wild stony pathway. Only in 5-8' driving you are in all the amenities! In 2026 there will be two more villas in the area but without obstructing the marvelous rural views. Around May new photos of the area will be available to be uploaded.

The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.
