If fishing is your thing, bring your rod and catch whiting from the end of the street. Or if you have a boat, the Newhaven boat ramp is 2 mins away. This is the perfect base to enjoy Phillip Island explore the delights of South Gippsland.

This new magnificently appointed studio has its own private entrance, private outdoor area as well as onsite parking. Stunning couples retreat with everything you'll need in your new home away from home at the Parker Barn Phillip Island. Complete with a king bed, cosy lounge, ensuite and mini kitchenette with all your basics. Enjoy exploring the island from a central location only 10mins walk to Smiths Beach. The barn is all yours for your entire stay and shares a driveway with the stunning Parker House. Please follow the parking instructions by parking at the back of the driveway in front of the barn fence.

Yallumbee Beach Studio - Balnarring Beach

Yallumbee Beach Studio is a beautiful, spacious retreat just 5 minutes walk to Balnarring Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. The studio is a newly renovated space, detached from the main property, that gives your own space to call home with the added benefits of a sunny deck, pool access and a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ area. A private retreat only 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine region, Yallumbee Beach Studio is the perfect space to unwind and relax.

Bella Cottage is the perfect base for exploring all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, including wineries, breweries, hot springs, island ferries, restaurants, golf courses and beaches. Bella Cottage is close to HMAS Cerberus. Bella Cottage offers private self-contained accommodation for 2 adults (or 1) on our 2-acre property with a country style aspect including friendly farm animals.

Cape Colonnades Alleyway

Cape Colonnades Alleyway is a self contained cottage set back from the main house on private property. This accomodation is freshly furnished with modern touches of beach style decor. Walking distance of 200metres from a grocery store to grab your fresh bread and eggs. restaurant/ bar for your afternoon cold beverage and a local surf store to get all your beach needs. In the other direction is a short walk to the surf beach for a late morning swim and rocky coastline for a lovely walk.

Yokkaso - Entire Studio - Cape Woolamai

Yokkaso is a self contained stand alone studio at the front of the properties main residence. The accommodation is brand new with beautiful hand crafted furniture and modern amenities. Enjoy light breakfast foods including muesli and spreads. Parking is on site at the front of your own private entrance. Short walk to the Colonnades beach which boasts beautiful sunsets and a place to reconnect. Yokkaso is within walking distance to the local tavern, restaurants and a grocery store.

Somers Cottage Studio - where vines meet bay

Opened in March 2021 this lovingly styled Studio is a 200m walk to the 100 Steps Beach access. Enjoy the nourishing sounds & and smells of nature surrounding this seaside haven. The local birdlife, koalas, dolphins and more are a highlight. We love the way farms & vineyards roll to the shores of Western Port Bay, perfect for beach mornings and winery afternoons. The Studio, it's outdoor shower & patio area are for guests exclusive use, and we're mindful of our guests privacy.

Somers Peninsula Retreat,

7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamper, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port. Property has a push button farm gate at entrance. There are bikes to ride and the dam is stocked with fish. Silver Perch and Trout bring your own fishing rod.
