Only a 15-minute walk to historic downtown Bath, a 3-minute drive to Thorne Head Preserve, and a 25-minute drive to Reid State Park and Popham Beach. Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Unwind with spectacular sunrises from this sunny waterfront cottage on a tidal cove in the Kennebec River! This is the perfect home base for a midcoast Maine getaway. The post-and-beam cottage has cozy furnishings and expansive views across a field, pond, and cove. Bald eagles and osprey soar overhead, sturgeon leap in the river & nights are full of stars. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. Bathroom is downstairs, bedroom is upstairs. Owners live on property with small dog.

The property are well suited for artists, photographers looking for a quiet, visually stimulating, peaceful retreat. Shared laundry, best for 2 -3 adults, and/or small child.

Our two story in-law suite is new. This one bedroom is perfect for a family or a quiet romantic retreat. Located on 8 acres of very private pristine Maine landscape. 10 minutes to Bath. 19 minutes to Popham beach. 30 minutes to Freeport. 45 minutes to Portland. 5 minutes to public boat launch. Cottage on Todd Bay

The 2025 season has ended, and the cottage and Midcoast Maine are settling in for a quiet winter. We're continuing to take bookings for 2026, and we'll reopen in early May. We want to thank all of our guests, present and future, and to wish you a quiet, safe winter. We're looking forward to next summer on Todd Bay!
