Quartier résidentiel, le calme, la tranquillité et la nature caractérise l'endroit. Très facile d’accès pour visiter Nice, Cannes, Monaco, et bien d’autres trésors de notre région. La villa et entièrement fermée sans aucun vis à vis. Les animaux sont admis.

L'endroit parfait pour vous détendre en famille ou avec des amis, mais tout de même près de Nice. A 15 min en voiture vous êtes en centre-ville. La maison est composée de 3 chambres, une mezzanine, une salle de bain, douche, toilettes indépendantes, une cuisine, salle à manger, salon avec cheminée, un grand jardin avec piscine. Si vous aimez la nature, cette maison est pour vous. Elle est entourée par des arbres et une forêt avec plein de chemins (pour ceux qui aiment faire des randonnées).
