Our cosy self-contained studio is warm, clean and homely. Ideal for a solo traveller or couples. The Studio is only an 8 minute drive from Picton and the ferry (approx. 4kms), the cafes, restaurants, bars, aquarium, museum and the gateway to the Queen Charlotte Sounds. Enjoy the many walks, bike tracks and choice of boat cruises on offer from the Picton foreshore, or simply use our place as a convenient ferry stopover. Blenheim is only a 35 min drive if you want to explore further afield.

The luxury 3 bedroom, fully furnished modern home, architecturally designed with extensive glass panels to capture the stunning sea and mountain views. With an open-plan flow, it is perfect to enjoy the dramatic views. The house is located in Waikawa, three km from Picton, the center of the Marlborough Sounds. Nearby is Blenheim, the center of world-renowned vineyards and gourmet dining. Ideal for couples, vineyard tourers, and travelers. Long term stays are welcome, ask me about details

The Cowshed

Herd of Cows?! Quiet, comfortable and fun accommodation just 15 minutes walk through the picturesque Picton Marina to cafes, bars, shops, theatres, cruises and walking tracks. Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)

Only 5 mins drive from Picton central by car. Ideal location to get to or from the ferry. Relax & unwind @ this unique location, with its abundance of bird song. Happy to accomodate Ferry crossing travellers, I dont mind late arrivals from the ferry or early departures. Owner on site in separate private dwelling, allowing full privacy & exclusive use of 'The Milton'. A wide selection of breakfast foods provided, for your self serve, to suit your routine/travel times.

Spectacular sea views over the beautiful Waikawa Bay in stunning Marlborough Sounds. A 2-minute stroll to the beach, jetty & boat ramp. Kids playground, free BBQ, small beach, jumping off water platoons, a lovely place to spend the day/evening. King bedroom upstairs with lounge, kitchen, bathroom and deck all to yourselves in an elevated position at the top of a quiet cul-de-sac. 2 rooms with beds downstairs (please note there are no windows in these rooms).
