Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. And with fast Wifi, you can do your best work remotely amidst the serenity of nature while a fresh mountain breeze blows.

Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.

Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located Tucson casita. I am a new homeowner and am excited to share my space with first-time and frequent visitors of Tucson. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the backyard offers peekaboo views of the Catalina mountains to the north. Easy access to the U of A (<4 miles) as well as all of the arts, eats, walking/hiking, views, and entertainment that Tucson has to offer!
