La casa è situata in ottima posizione per poter visitare città d'arte come Pietrasanta,Camaiore, Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, oppure le slpendide spiaggie della versilia, come Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago con la villa museo di Giacomo Puccini , il festival pucciniano,o fare gite in battello sul lago. Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi vari, farmacie, supermercati,locali notturni, ristoranti, come \\\LA DOGANA///che dista circa 500 m, ottima la cucina e posizione meravigliosa.
