River Retreat is a beautiful condo on the river, close to town, and ready for your Smoky Mountain Getaway. We have included everything you need to relax and renew. The condo features a King sized bed with a balcony overlooking the river. The perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a good book. The bathroom is spacious with double sinks, a shower, and Jacuzzi tub. The den feautres valuted ceilings with plenty of windows for natural light. Close to town but feels like a world away.

It’s one of my favorite places to be on the private back deck listening to the sounds of water & nature. Our space is clean & cozy. Nothing fancy. Perfectly meant for simple people:) We did do upgrades, new decor, and furnishings since photos! Brand new larger water heater installed Dec 2023.
