Our family-owned College Inn is an authentic European-style hotel in the heart of Seattle's vibrant University District & on the campus of the University of Washington, surrounded by restaurants, shops, cafes, and pubs. Newly remodeled in 2019, our guests enjoy modern comforts while in a hotel that is on the National Register of Historic Places. *In the tradition of "European-style" hotels, we have a shared kitchen, complimentary coffee & tea, and a Loft common area.

Box Art Room Historic Panama Hotel Japantown

The Panama Hotel was built in 1910 and is rich in history. Through the years it has served as a home for generations of immigrants, fisherman and travelers. The building houses the only remaining Japanese bathhouse left in the US. The hotel is centrally located in Seattle's International District, close to downtown and is featured in the novel, "Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet." The Box Art room facing Main St is adorned with delicate box art containing recreations of Asian scenery.
