At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s a peaceful hillside location set in a half-acre garden at the Old Cottage. The log style cabin enjoys panoramic views of the woods and garden.

Forest of Dean, The Old Chapel

In the Forest of Dean, the Old Chapel is situated next to woodland with wonderful walks right on the doorstep. The chapel has been sympathetically restored and retains many original features, character and charm. An abundance of pine cladding on walls and ceilings give a wonderful feeling of warmth and relaxation. The floors are original pine. We are situated less than a mile away from the village of St Briavels. We are fairly rural, so what 3 words is a great way to find us, they are: endlessly.balance.drummers Saint Briavels is a vibrant little village in the Forest of Dean, on the edge of the beautiful Wye Valley. It has an inn, a deli, a church and a castle. A monthly farmers' market is held in the village on the first Saturday morning of every month, where you can buy a whole range of local produce.

The Lodge is located adjacent to the A48 for convenient access to Gloucester, Monmouth and Chepstow which are all about 25 minutes away.
