Our family-friendly cottage is situated on top of the village of Vasilitsi near the beautiful seaside town of Koroni just a couple of minutes away by car. As guests you have access to the whole house and garden featuring three terrasses with flowers and trees. The original Greek village features a taverna 'Nikos' with a great choice of tasty dishes and two small shops. Enjoy the nature and gentle tourism of Messinia with superb sand beaches and scenic coast views.

Perfect for couples, solo travelers, families, or remote workers. Enjoy Greek charm, a lovely verandah, comfy beds and an easy walk to cafés, tavernas, and the main square. Come relax, explore, and enjoy a real slice of Greek village life—just like our yiayia did.

Aeraki Stone House with infinity pool

Το Aeraki, ανεξάρτητη κατοικία στο ισόγειο του κτηρίου, προσφέρει άμεση πρόσβαση στην κοινή πισίνα 54 τ.μ. (μοιράζεται με το Aerides), με ρηχό τμήμα/τζακούζι για χαλάρωση. Απέχει μόλις 1 χλμ από την παραλία Περούλια, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στις γύρω παραλίες. Φιλοξενεί 2 ενήλικες και 1-2 παιδιά και βρίσκεται σε αγροτική περιοχή με ελαιώνες. Η βεράντα δίπλα στην πισίνα, με θέα στους απέραντους ελαιώνες, είναι ιδανική για γεύμα ή ποτό.

Semiramis Azurro is the ground floor of the Villa's Blu guest apartments. It has a private entrance, a living room with television, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and a closet. In the closet there are a hairdryer, an iron for your clothes and an ironing board. The rooms are bright, overlooking the terrace from which you can see the garden and the swimming pool.

Unser abseits des touristischen Trubels gelegenes mediteranes Landhaus mit Garten, Olivenhain und Meeresblick befindet sich in den grünen Hügeln oberhalb des historischen Hafenstädtchens Methonis. Dieser wunderbare Rückzugsort bietet viele herrliche Möglichkeiten zur Erholung und Selbstbesinnung. Auf Wunsch können Massagen oder somatherapeutische Anwendungen dazu gebucht werden.
