Main home is on property, but completely separate from Guesthouse. We have horses, cattle, 22 chickens, a goat and 2 barn cats and our own dogs.

Heated pool, 8 seat hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and lots of patios to relax. The outdoor kitchen has a pizza oven, bbq, hot water sink, gas stove and oven, smoker and is a perfect place to enjoy. This place is close to restaurants, hiking, lakes and evening fun. Lots of trees: orange, grapefruit, key limes, lemons, pomegranate, figs, dates, grapes and there is a juicer for morning fresh juices. Safe, quiet, and has many hummingbirds and two giant (50 & 80 pound) tortoises.

Our newly built 2 bed 2 bath bungalow provides a comfortable stay with a shared yard and sports court and horses out the back window. It's close to the 202 for quick access to Scottsdale and Phoenix. Beautiful flood irrigated neighborhood for morning and evening walks. Large garage allows parking for 2 vehicles. House is located behind the main home (1 acre total). You might see/hear children playing outside in the yard during the day :) Landscaping is a work in progress!

Our clean, cozy bunkhouse will make you feel like you’re in the country yet close to everything: spring training camps, malls, theaters, restaurants, golf courses, etc. Major freeways within 3-4 miles. Centrally located within a few miles of Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, Chandler. 20 minutes to airport. No pets please.
