You and your family can explore the natural landscape in our fleet of Kayaks and canoes, or walk to the Rock Springs Run State Park for hiking, biking, and trail riding. Finish the eventing under the stars around our large fire-pit roasting marshmallows, or watching movies on our big screen tv.

Take advantage of the awesome outdoor areas like the screened in porch or have a nice picnic in the outdoor dinning area, and Have a fun night with a bonfire. Only ten minutes from St. John river for any boating days and only fifteen minutes from Hontoon island. Great yard for small gatherings. House comes with all amenities to make you feel at home.

A private cabin located in a vast wildlife conservation area inside Blue Spring State Park near Orange City, Florida. This is the perfect spot for a truly unique and secluded Florida experience with the nearest private residence being almost a mile away. Enjoy panoramic views of the St. Johns River from the entire property and watch manatees swim by from the private dock. Great for outdoor activities, observing wildlife and fishing. The perfect place to relax and get in touch with nature.

Our house has 3 beautifully decorated rooms to highlight some of Central Florida’s favorite places. There is a Mickey Mouse room and a beach themed room. There is also a game room to make lots of lasting memories with your family. We are only 40 minutes to Daytona & New Smyrna Beach. 45 minutes to theme parks.

The Hillside Haven Oasis

Enjoy a warm and inviting stay in our beautiful Sanctuary in your own private guest quarters, sweetly dubbed, "The Hillside Haven Oasis" This is an extension of our home, similar to a Mother In Law Suite. Only shared space would be the outdoors and we leave that for your private enjoyment. We created this Oasis with a desire is for our guests to feel calm, comfort and tranquility while being showered with Florida Sun. It would be our privilege to serve you as our guests here. :)

The Lemon Cottage -NO EXTRA FEES

Our cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Park. It is your home away from home! Our kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans, and dishes you will need. Our living room has a queen pull out sofa. Our bathroom provides towels, shampoo & conditioner, and a hair dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The Gemini Retreat

Welcome to The Gemini Retreat. This newly renovated, cozy studio apartment in heart of charming Debary, FL has been designed with luxury bedding and furnishings to make your stay special. Upon arrival you will discover a private patio overlooking a beautiful woodland area. You enter into a thoughtfully designed and calm space with an open kitchen and living area. Sleep in a super comfy bed in a room filled with natural light.

Mira Bella South

Tiny Home (one of two guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it's not that comfy for grown-ups. Very firm.) Lodge outside Orlando-Central Location

The Crooked Paddle Lodge is a rustic get-away, near the Wekiva River, a designated National Wild and Scenic waterway. This old Florida neighborhood is surrounded by nature and state-owned preserves, with 1.5 acres of Florida country where wild deer, turkey, raccoons, and even black bear frequently visit. The quiet country setting is centrally located to many adventures Florida has to offer.

The Cottage at True Trail Farm

Our studio Cottage is pet friendly and sleeps 2 comfortably. This is a tiny house where we have managed to fit all essentials for a relaxing stay. We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.

Schur Haven Craftsman Cottage.

Clean, cozy two bedroom craftsman cottage just two blocks from downtown. Schur Haven is a great place to relax and connect with the history of Deland. It sleeps four in two beds, has parking for two cars, and has a great front porch. Cable and wifi are included along with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is small and basic, but has the essentials you'll need if you want to cook.
