I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. You’ll see bison grazing by the house, chickens roaming, and hear the occasional MOOOOOO of a cow. Stargazing and bird watching are excellent activities, but you can also fish, play frisbee, darts, cornhole, explore walking trails...

This A Frame was built in the early 70s. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a deck, an outdoor patio, two living areas, and more. Enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and surroundings. Walking distance to downtown Pine Mountain and a few minutes walking or biking to Callaway Gardens. Nearby attractions include several wineries and breweries, FDR national park, the Wild Animal Safari, and more. This is an old rustic house. If you leave the doors open, bugs may come in as we are in the woods.

Meadows Mill House is an 18th century historical landmark c. 1825 now serving as a fully functional modern day residence. During your stay in the carriage house (guest house), we encourage our visitors to explore waterfalls, relax by the fire and simply take it all in. Welcome to Beaver Tale Pond. Relax on a 30 ft deck enjoying a morning cup of coffee or catching a large mouth bass. Fall asleep by the firepit listening to the frogs, crickets and owls sing you to sleep. The large eat in kitchen is perfect for family gatherings or a sunset dinner on the deck or the dock. Located 15 minutes to whitewater rafting and 30 minutes from Ft Benning and Auburn, AL. Come tailgate with us. Drop a line and stay a while!
