Professionally designed from the ground up, this cabin features the following: - Main Cabin has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and upstairs loft with six bunk beds that sleeps 12. - Detached garage has an arcade and game room. - Above the garage is a private studio with it's own kitchen, bathroom, king bed, and laundry that sleeps two (additional $97 charge for this).

Come and enjoy the tranquility of our adorable home located in a beautiful mountain setting. Countless options are available for various types of activities or if you choose..nothing at all. Either way Sunset View has a little something to offer everyone. If you want to just chill at the cottage..you can relax on the covered back porch, or I offer board games, a smart tv with Netflix, and a dvd player along with dvd's. Please note..I do not provide any form of live tv, cable or satellite.

This rental is right between Showlow and Pinetop. The woodsy cabin is perfect for an individual, couple as well as small group or family. The cabin is pet friendly. The upstairs loft is a hit with children and additional sleepers. Guests may access the clubhouse and it’s immenities. Wildlife are abundant and so fun to watch. The Sunsets and Sunrises are unreal! The studio is fresh, bright and clean! We have been Superhosts with 2 of our previous property’s and hope to earn that again with this special place. You won’t be disappointed! *please note this is an upstairs studio.

Cabin is 400 square feet in size located 35 feet from owner's residence. Cabin is located near the end of a dead-end street, in a quiet neighborhood. Rainbow Lake can be accessed from the north side, an approximate 5-minute drive. Movie theater, grocery store and restaurants are within 10 minutes of the cabin. Blue Ridge High School is 2 miles from cabin. I take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations in addition to my typical disinfecting routine.
