The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

O χώρος μας (kythnos view) βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Μέριχα της Κύθνου . Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κεντρικό λιμάνι και η άφιξη στο σπίτι μας γίνεται ανεβαίνοντας 100 σκαλιά αλλά σας επιβραβεύει η υπεροχή θέα μας βλέποντας όλο το λιμάνι και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο και ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει την απόλυτη ησυχία για να έχετε ευχάριστες διακοπές και ξεκούραση.

studio 25 τ.μ. με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα, βρίσκεται 5 μ. από την παραλία του Καλό Λιβαδιού, ικανό να φιλοξενήσει έως 3 άτομα. Ενιαίος χώρος με 1 διπλό και 1 μονό κρεβάτι, μπάνιο με ντουζ, μικρή κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Μπροστά από το studio υπάρχει ένας επίπεδος προαύλιος χώρος 500μ. με φυτά και δέντρα που προσφέρει στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.
