200years old whitewashed Cycladic stone house, with a new adjacent private swimming pool, restored to its original iconic architecture, with stunning terraces, 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms. "Nema" means "Thread" in Greek, as the house connects histories, memories and feelings from the past, present and future. At the center of Naxos island, on the top of Filoti village, overlooking the beautiful village alleys, the olive tree valley and the breathtaking sunset over the sea horizon.

Our Villa consists of two queen size bedded rooms one of which contains an en-suite. It has an additional main bathroom ( outside of the bedroom ) and an outdoor WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The living room consists of a built in sofa which can accommodate for 1 Guest. There is also a swimming pool, jacuzzi on the terrace and a barbecue area where you can enjoy a warm cooked meal whilst indulging in your daily swim.

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.
