Our place is ideal for a short and long term stay. Renovated a year ago, it is in a very quiet and peaceful area yet minutes walking to the center of Bansko and the ski lift. It is fully equipped with everything you need - washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, Smart TV, new air conditioning. Our guests can enjoy the use of the swimming pool and Gym free of charge. Steam room and sauna for an additional fee. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony looking at the stunning views over the mountains.

Studio se nalazi u kompleksu Green life u Banskom. Kompleks Green life se sastoji od nekoliko odvojenih zgrada koje su jedna pored druge. Studio se nalazi u zgradi koja je udaljena oko 30 metara od glavne zgrade. Kompleks se nalazi na početku nacionalnog parka, okružen prekrasnom prirodom. U neposrednoj blizini Green life kompleksa ima mnogo staza za šetnju kroz šumu, mnogo potoka, izvora... 200 metara od kompleksa nalazi se izvor pitke vode. Početna stanica gondole udaljena je oko 800 metara.

I'm renting out my apartment in Bansko. The place has two bedrooms and a big, comfortable couch, it could accommodate up to 6 people. It is located in a closed complex with 24/7 security. During the summer and winter season our guests can use the facility's SPA, pool and shuttle to the skiing area, all at a small charg. My apartment is a cozy studio in Aspen Golf Resort located in the serene area between the mountains of Pirin, Rila and Rodopi. There is free access to Spa, Gym, outdoor and indoor pools. The area is perfect for trekking, cycling or indulging in nature. The Ski Cabin of Bansko is at short 15 min drive, there are shuttles to the lift during the official ski season for 10lv per person per day. For the Golf lovers, Pirin Golf is 2 mins drive/10 mins walk away and is operating all year around.

The distance to Gondola Ski Lift is approx. 350m. The flat is on the 3rd floor, entrance F, of the main building of Belvedere Holiday Club complex. Convenient for those who would like to use the complex SPA, located at the same building (additional pay to complex reception).

Studio apartment located in closed complex with 24 hours security, restaurant and paid parking inside the complex or free parking outside. Spa, fitness and swimming pool are also available as paid service. The complex is 1 mile away from the Gondola cabin lift and there is a shuttle bus operated by the complex during the ski season. The studio has a separate room for storage of ski equipment in the basement of the building.
