Apartment 'Haus Mate 2' with a private beach

We are a small family of 4 living in a 3 floor house with 7 modern, fully equipped apartments. While we rent the two upper floors, we live on the lowest floor and are always available if you need anything. We are located in the village of Pisak, a peaceful, stress-free place, made for relaxation and family vacation. We have a private beach (only for our guests and family) and with it provide natural water, showers, electricity, barbecue, pantry for beach supplies, as well as 2 berths for boats.

Enjoy a quiet holiday, away from the crowds and swiming in one of the cleanest seas in the world. Marušići is a perfect place to spend holiday for those who would like to rest after a rush and stressful everyday life in relaxing Dalmatian atmosphere. Ideal for holidays and providing complete comfort (air conditioning, satellite TV, WI FI). Apartment is located on the second floor(40 m2 terrace). It has two bedrooms,kitchen, bathroom with shower and a terrace with sea view. Beach is idyllic.

Enjoy peace and quiet during your vacation

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Cosy apartment for 4 guests, 2 terraces with a beautiful sea and islands view, just above the beach. Private parking, vicinity of grocery store and restaurant, 15 mins driving from the town of Omis and 10 min driving from Brela, one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Bigger groups can check availability of the rest of our apartments in the same house - Two Terraces with Great View above the Beach- EAST (4 guests), Big Terrace Apartment (6 guests) and Arches Terrace (4 guests)

Our new apartment Carmen is located in Split in the area of ​​Žnjan and is only 150 meters from the sea and 3.5 km from the city center. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and balcony with open sea views. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building equipped with an elevator and parking space in the garage. Nearby are markets, coffee bars and pizzerias.

Dobrodošli! Apartmani Gabrijela nalaze se u obiteljskoj kući smještenoj posred uvale imenom Čaklje. Naši nedavno renovirani apartmani idealni su za goste koji, uživajući u odmoru, žele osjetiti svu udobnost vlastitog doma. Svi apartmani orijentirani su jug-sjever pa imaju krasan pogled na more, plažu i otoke. Zalasci sunca s naših južnih terasa izgledaju čarobno, dok sa sjeverne terase pogled pada na planinu Biokovo čije otkrivanje preporučujemo ljubiteljima nedirnute prirode.

Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.
