Der 20 Jahre alte Garten mit Palmen, Kakteen, Oleander und Oliven ist großzügig angelegt. Das ca. 80 qm große Haus ist traditioneller Steinbau, komplett renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Der Salzwasser-Pool (8 x 3,5 m) kann beheizt werden. Zum Dorf Kamilari (Supermarkt, Bars, Restaurants) fährst Du 5 , zum Kommos Beach 10 Minuten und zum Flughafen Heraklion 1 h.

Nagelneue Maisonnette. Sie verfügt über eine große neue Einbauküche und einen großzügigen essraum. Es gibt noch ein Wohnzimmer mit einem 55 Zoll TV und einem Schlafsofa. Aussen befindet sich eine schöne Terrasse mit Sofa und Tisch. Im ersten Stock gibt es ein Doppelbett uns ein großes Schlafsofa. In diesem Zimmer befindet sich noch ein Schreibtisch samt Stuhl und ein Großer Balkon. Das Haus hat 1.5 Bäder und eine Waschmaschine mit trocker. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich auch Parkplätze

Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

Livshouse

Sweet little stonehouse in a quiet area of Kamilari, and with a beautiful view to the sea, the Messara and to Psiloritis. The house is surrounded by olivetrees and a garden on the front. It has a nice terrace with a pergola, and you can also enter the roof where the view is fantastic. The house has a separately bedroom with a double bed and closets. It has an open kitchen/living area with a couch that can be turned into a bed. The bathroom has a washingmachine.

The little Pearl is a small, traditional, Cretan stone house that is designed for a maximum of two people. It has a terrace with a view of Psiloritis, a romantic courtyard garden where you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed, a double bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Everything has been designed with great attention to detail. Information about the climate tax: In the case of Little Pearl, it is 8.00 euros per night.

Ανεξάρτητο Studio με πατάρι, το διπλό κρεβάτι βρίσκεται στον ισόγειο χώρο και τα δύο μονά κρεβάτια σε πατάρι, μπάνιο, κουζίνα, άνετη αυλή μπροστά στη θάλασσα και στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται δίπλα στην ταβέρνα Αύρα και είναι πολύ εύκολο να το εντοπίσετε. Πλεονέκτημα του σπιτιού, βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα.
