After completing a full renovation on the 2nd floor of the Jones Building, we are excited to offer you 4 industrial style suites in Metropolis, IL. Constructed in 1908, the Jones building was a former office complex. The old stairs have seen a lot of traffic leading to everything from a dentist office, insurance agency and a 3rd generation law firm. Just to name a few. This space has been revitalized and allowed to thrive again. “The Jones” is ready to welcome you to the home of Superman!

Ozark King - A Private Suite with Eclectic Charm

The Ozark King is a super cute, attic-like suite situated on the top floor of a 1920s Victorian home. It has a private entrance with a king bed, fireplace and romantic jacuzzi tub for two. It offers a snack and coffee station with mini fridge & microwave. There are no shared indoor spaces with other guests. Guests should be aware of 3 short sets of stairs to get up to the top floor and there is limited leg room in the restroom for extremely long-legged persons (manuverable but worth noting).

It comes fully equipped with full/double size bed, a sleeper sofa, tv, work space, extra bed, coffee maker and full bathroom. Along with having its own parking space with free street parking.

Oklahoma Room 🌵 Lux Retro Getaway

Come stay in boutique hotel style in Mid Century Modern inspired accommodations. Private key code entry makes check in easy. The Wichita Mod Lodge, owned by Oklahoma artist, Marilyn Artus, is just minutes from the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge. If you love hiking there are many places to discover. Just behind the lodge are the Lawtonka trails. No need to even get in your car to go on a beautiful hike. There are lakes near by and the charming cobblestone community of Medicine Park.

The Woodsman Suite

A third floor suite, facing the river with the train tracks only a couple blocks away. It took 2 months to do the ceiling. Carefully polished and placed the old lath in a specific design, the ceiling is a work of art. Eighty percent of the material used in this room is from re purposed lumber, either from this building or from a childhood barn built in the late 1800's. It will take you a while to notice every detail down to the toilet paper holder which is from an old barn post.
