This Spanish revival home is located in Lubbock’s historic district just two blocks from Texas Tech. You will be walking distance from football, basketball, and baseball games as well as graduations and other University events. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.
