The apartment is fully furnished with a queen size -pocket sprigs mattress- bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite smart TV. It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. Nearby the apartment, our guests can find a bus stop, mini market, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, cafés and restaurants.

CURRENTLY, CONSTRUCTION WORKS ARE BEING CARRIED OUT on a building opposite the apartment, so some days the noise could be increased. For this reason, in case the noise does indeed cause you a problem, we will provide you a 10% discount on your stay. Our bright, cozy flat is located at the center of the modern city of Chania, within the vicinity of the city's shopping center, the central bus station, the old town of Chania with the venetian harbor and the beach.

Full renovated was completed in March 2026. Located in a quiet street just 1 minute walk from the only beach in the city center (Nea Chora beach). There you will find places for breakfast, coffee and some of the finest sea food, mediteranean and Cretan traditional restaurants. A minute walk from your door there is also a traditional bakery, mini markets and gym. Central square located 8 minutes on foot. Old town 12 minutes on foot.
