All amenities are a short walking distance. The studio is equipped for a comfortable stay - a home away from home beach holiday. The local area is popular destination for hiking and cycling with parks, mountain ranges,coastal routes. Friendly LGBT! Not recommended for small children (0-6 years). Swimming pool is open from 15.06-15.09.

Hidden from view you can enjoy the large pool (8x4m), terrace and sunsets. The villa was refurbished in 2017. Comfy living room with new sofa, SmartTV with Internet, Sat-TV, WiFi and a desk. Two bedrooms offer double beds (180x200cm). Third bedroom has 2 single beds of 90x200cm and 90x190cm. Master bedroom has its own ensuite with bathtub. The others share the bathroom with shower. Kitchen equipped with gas stove, gas oven, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster etc. Laundry with washing machine.

Lugares de interés: Las playas de arena fina, el castillo, la Marina, el puerto, deportes acuaticos, ocio, restaurantes . Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a sus piscinas, proximidad al mar: 3 minutos andando, 250metros, los preciosos jardines, su luminosidad, la brisa, la terraza, picina iluminada por las noches, pádel, barbacoa, parking, urbanización cerrada, la gente, el ambiente. Mi alojamiento es bueno para una ó 2 personas, hasta 3 personas , y especialmente PAREJAS con un hijo.

Located 400 m from the beach, is a big resort ideal for your beach holidays. It´s featured with 5 swimming pools: 1 heated pool, 2 pools for kids and 3 for adults and outdoor jacuzzi. Heated Pool Open All Winter-Spring. Outside Pool Closed From End Sept. To End April. There are two areas where you can cook a barbecue or paella. You can also use tables and chairs to enjoy the meal under the shade of a roof. You play some sports like play tennis and Padel.
