A mile away from snowmobile trails and 25 mins from a State Park. Also, perfect for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Fire pit available as well.

For ten years we have welcomed travelers from all over the world to our cozy and unique farm house and we would love to host you, come as you are. You’ll have a private entrance and beautiful views of Fox Hill open space where you can often catch glimpses of fox, coyotes, owls, hawks, eagles and deer. Sit around the fire pit, or on your private patio outside. Take a walk on our park trails and enjoy Rocky Mountain and reservoir views. Evening walks offer some spectacular views of the beautiful Iowa country sunsets! Close to public hunting, golfing, and Benton County's Hannan Park for fishing or swimming. Located a half hour west of Cedar Rapids and 45 minutes from Iowa City for game days. Pets are welcome.
