Our beachfront apartment is a cozy and comfortable place were you can have a great time in the town of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is fully equipped, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony with an ocean view, air conditioner, pool, beach chairs, board games, among others. It also have Wi-Fi, cable TV and parking for two vehicles. Beach is just across the street, restaurant, bakery and supermarket just three minutes away. Near you: beautiful beaches to do kayak, surf, among others.

This is an amazing beach front house with a beautiful view to the ocean. Beautiful sunsets and a lot of sea shells. Walking distance from Crash Boat Beach, great restaurants, bars & grills, and delicious food that you will absolutely love. You will also find Paseo Real Marina with kiosks, Alta mar mojitos, and Others. Also find rental bikes, Jet ski, and kayaks nearby. It has been completely remodeled in and out and equipped with new appliances and furniture. All rooms equipped with A/C.

Located directly on the beach where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset overlooking the ocean in the pool. The house is equipped with all of your needed amenities, including free cable, WiFi, gated parking, air-conditioned bedrooms, full kitchen and an automated Generac generator for a power outage. Our beachfront location has the added bonus of being just down the street from several bars and restaurants. All that Rincón has to offer is just 10-15 minutes away. Sorry no pets allowed.

R HOUSE on Steps Beach in the Marine Reserve

Located on Steps Beach in the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, home to the beautiful sunsets. The rental comes fully stocked with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, sun umbrellas, BBQ grill, organic herb garden, air conditioning, washer & dryer, games, Smart TV and WIFI. The house has 1,000 gallons of reserve water in cisterns in case of a water outage and Solar Panels with Tesla batteries for backup power. Starlink satellite internet for uninterrupted service.

You’ll be surrounded by nature: almond trees, bamboo stalks, and palms. There are stairs that let you walk down to the riverbank, where you might even spot turtles! Plus, you’ll have exclusive access to a private pool just for guests. It’s the perfect place to disconnect, relax, and enjoy all that the west area has to offer.
