Recuerda al reservar que no es un hotel es mi casa es sencilla sin lujos me gusta, agradeceré pienses que el llegar a una casa es distinto a la experiencia de un hotel. Esta es mi casa y la quiero compartir contigo, yo al igual viajó y vivo la experiencia de Airbnb, y pienso en que quiero encontrar al llegar a un espacio cuando viajo y al usarla aplicación alguien en alguna parte del mundo me comparten y que me confía su hogar y quiero sepa lo agradezco, cuidando su casa, de eso se trata la aplicación, compartir y viajar a un costo bajo, y llegar y encontrar un hogar. Departamento ubicado EN EL CENTRO de Playa del Carmen. Son 80 m2, cuenta con estacionamiento, es espacioso, esta en un tercer piso, cuenta con 3 aires acondicionados, agua caliente, internet, sistema cable, Refriregador; sala completa, Mesa de centro, tv pantalla, barra desyunador, microondas, utensilios de cocina, refrigerador, parrilla de cristal porcelana, roperos y ganchos, plancha para ropa y pistola de cabello Ventiladores de techo independientes uno por habitacion, y a/ c. Independientes, es un departamento amplio, iluminado, ventilado, bien ubicado, desde ahí puedes desplazarte a la playa y a la zona turística, que en los mapas de internet, te señala 15 min a pie, y 10 min en auto. No hay uber en la zona, pero la posición y localización de este departamento te garantiza que podrás desplazarte, rápida y cómodamente en la ciudad a pie, en vehiculo y sera facil encontrar la movilidad, mediante trabsporte publicó y hay un sitio de taxis a 3 min caminando en el centro comercial, y te facilita el desplazamiento a otras ciudades como TULUM Y CANCUN, tanto en auto, como en trasporte público. La zona CENTRO es una zona segura, con estacionamiento, ( en caso de personas extras favor de consultarlo, tiene costo extra) . tu estancia estara asistida por toallas juegos de sabanas, hornamentos de cocina, los necesarios, estar en el centro es estar cerca de todo, es estar en la mejor ubicacion. La playa esta muy cerca a 15 min paseando tranquilamente, misma distsncia a la 5 avenida. Y en linea recta al ferry que cruza a la isla de Cozumel haces 30 min caminando. En carro son 10 minutos 13 min caminando esta un centro comercial. Paseo del Carmen, en encontrarás el puerto del ferry de cruce a cozumel, tiendas bares, restaurantes, bares, lavanderias, casas de cambio, bancos y servicio de taxis todo el tiempo. Vives el México playense real. Favor de considerar el costó energía es de 50 centavos de dólar el Kilowat. Costos extras. La limpieza favor de considerar es a la entrada cumpliendo con los requerimientos de la aplicación. Si deseas que una chica de ASEO te asista durante ti estancia por una tarifa de 13 dls por dia ella te ayudará con la limpieza en poco tiempo y rápidamente. Agradecere un depositó al entrar de 100 dls al entrar y de ahí, si tido esta bien se devuelve al salir y de ahí se descuenta el consumo de luz es aplicable a cargo por aparte es para estancia larga o corta o por o semana , al final una noche antes se realiza la devolución de tu dinero y agradeceré considarar el descuento del importe de la luz. Promedio de pago de 4 personas hospedadas en un lapso de 4 días, entre 15 dls y 40 dls total/ para una estancia de 15 días 4 personas, pagaron 35/ 50 dls la diferencia está en un cuidado de la energía. Esto es el resultado de no dejar el aire olvidado encendido o luces sin usar. Entrar el estacionamiento fondo mano izquierda encontrarás las escaleras, y subir al 3 plano, encontrarás el departamento, los pasillos tienen cámara de circuito cerrado. El departamento estará listo y verificado a tu llegada, y entregado con la limpieza que solicita la aplicación, en caso de requerir asistencia de limpieza favor de solicitarlo con cargo costo extra. si algo llega a fallar, te agradecere reportarlo . Ubicado en pleno centro. El area turistica esta cerca del departamento. caminando estaras a 2 pasos del súper, transporte a Cancún y TULUM tienes a la mano a bancos, casas de cambio, farmacias, supermercados, centro comercial y restaurantes. Terminal de Bus ADO a solo 7 bolques caminando, 15 min. Les doy su espacio, estoy pendiente. Y la gente que trabajamos para una estancia comoda, estámos diaponibles siempre que lo necesiten. Ubicado en pleno centro de Playa, en la parte vieja que se re diseña, ahí viven y vacacional locales y extranjeros ya que es fácil y rápido encontrar taxis y transporte, manejar de día y de noche es rápido por estar cerca de las principales av. Es el México real, es una zona segura custodiada por la alta concentración de visitantes turistas A escasos metros pasa continuamente el transporte a la area turística y si quieres caminar, sera perfecto llegar al area turística, es una zona segura. De fácil acceso caminando a bancos, casas de cambio, farmacias, supermercados, centro comercial a escasos 10 metros y restaurantes. Terminal de Bus ADO a solo 7 cuadras. Caminando hacia la carretera federal CONTAMOS CON UN ASESOR PERSONALIZADO TOTALMENTE GRATIS. QUE LES VA A RECOMENDAR LUGARES POR CONOCER, RESTAURANTES Y BARES.
