Con una temperatura media de 23 grados, en Gran Canaria vivimos en una eterna primavera. Mi apartamento ‘VIDA’ está a solo 150 metros de la Playa del Cura, a 10 minutos de la Playa de Tauro y a 15 de la Playa de Amadores. La ubicación, la tranquilidad y la facilidad de los accesos es lo que caracteriza a ‘VIDA’. Parada de taxi, autobús, supermercado, tiendas y restaurantes de diferentes temáticas están a tan solo 3 minutos de ‘VIDA’. Por qué ‘VIDA’? Porque sólo hay una y la tenemos que vivir!

Casa Azul - Willkommen im Hühnerhaus

Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

Ampio terrazzo con sole al pomeriggio, perfetto per pranzi all'aperto, con magnifica vista sulla baia. Accesso gratuito alla piscina condominiale. Vicino a supermercati, ristoranti e a tutti i servizi utili. Davanti al complesso c’è un parcheggio gratuito. Non adatto a utenti su sedia a rotelle in quanto sono presenti delle barriere architettoniche.

Der Strand ist in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und nicht von Touristen überlaufen. Sie wohnen an einem ruhigen Ort und das Touristenzentrum gleich daneben. Kapcsolódj ki egy barátságos, felkelő napban fürdő világos apartmanban a Playa del Cura-i Monsenor komplexben, ahol tényleg nyugi van. Közel a strand, hatalmas terasz, ahol jólesik reggel kávézni vagy este leülni egy pohár borral. A lakás jól felszerelt, a komplex rendezett, fűtőtt medencével rendelkezik, a környéken pedig minden megvan, ami kell egy kényelmes, gondtalan nyaraláshoz. Ideális, ha pihenni jössz, nem pedig a tömegbe.
