Enjoy meals under blue skies on a charming stone patio that overlooks the verdant yard of this charming property. Arched doorways and windows fill this home with light emboldening its quirky artwork and classic design features. Wi-fi speed to stream multiple Ultra HD movies and video conference with multiple users simultaneously on multiple devices. You can enjoy shared pool in the finca. Beautiful rural house Roquete B E-(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) located in lovely surroundings in La Atalaya de Santa Brigida, next to the golf course of Bandama and ideal for walkers and nature lovers. The rural house has 2 bedrooms, one with suite, another bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, laundry area and a cozy garden terrace with shower outdoor and BBQ to enjoy outdoor meals. It has a large sofa bed for two people or extra bed, and cot, high chair and baby bath. The property has animals such as donkeys and dogs. You also have access to the shared pool (shared with the owners and other guests) that is situated about 150 meters from the house. The pool has a shower and sunbeds. The lush vegetation that surrounds provide you fresh and shade if you wish. It has a children's play area. The rural house is an ideal place to escape with family, with friends or family. This cottage is set in the lovely surroundings of La Atalaya de Santa Brigida, next to the golf course of Bandama and ideal for walkers and nature lovers. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and a golf course are all within a mile of the Villa. Es ist nur 4 Autominuten vom Meer und Supermarkt entfernt. Eine wunderschöne Pflanzen-Oase inmitten einer typisch canarischen Vulkan-Gesteinslandschaft mit Meerblick. Das Wohngrundstück ist auf zwei Terrassen in den Hang gebaut. Die beiden Terrassen sind mit einer Aussentreppe miteinander verbunden.

Appartamento molto tranquillo, ubicato nella zona alta di Playa del Cura ma con facile accesso pedonale alla zona della spiaggia. Ampio terrazzo con sole al pomeriggio, perfetto per pranzi all'aperto, con magnifica vista sulla baia. Accesso gratuito alla piscina condominiale. Vicino a supermercati, ristoranti e a tutti i servizi utili. Davanti al complesso c’è un parcheggio gratuito. Non adatto a utenti su sedia a rotelle in quanto sono presenti delle barriere architettoniche.
