Zona turística con muy buenos servicios, restaurantes, actividades deportivas, a 5 min de la playa y 10min de Salobreña.

También debo recordar que los eventos, fiestas o ruidos excesivos están extrictamente prohibidos. Se debe respetar la convivencia vecinal y el descanso.

Completamente renovado por el equipo de arquitectos de Estudio Periferia, que han hecho un excelente trabajo para mantener e integrar los elementos tan característicos de la Urbanización Pueblo del Chirimoyo con espacios pensados para disfrutar y descansar durante las vacaciones. NO HAY AIRE ACONDICIONADO, pero si hay ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones.

El apartamento tiene una decoración muy actual con mobiliario nuevo de gran calidad, muy apropiado para familias con niños. Lo mejor es su ubicación está situado en el centro del pueblo con la playa a escasos metros ,ideal para el verano y para invierno, ya que es muy soleado. Tiene todos los servicios muy cerca. Si no quiere utilizar el coche no es necesario ya que están las tiendas, supermercados, restaurantes, bares....todo lo que pueda necesitar al lado.
