Upstairs there is an independent apartment for 2 people max with an additional cost. The house is surrounded by a unique atmosphere and silence. The garden, with aromatic Mediterranean plants, includes a relax area with deck chairs and swimming pool as well as barbecue and laundry room.

“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

“unpostoaparte" è una grande casa in legno (Xlam) nella quale viviamo e nella quale abbiamo realizzato tre camere, ognuna con ingresso indipendente, che si affacciano sul mare della riserva marina del Plemmirio. Gli aromi delle piante del giardino mediterraneo con palme, capperi, gelsomino, menta, basilico e citronella mischiati alla brezza marina rendono l’aria frizzante e profumata, la riserva protetta è a pochi metri dalla stanza….
