It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Isolated property Villa EagleStone is located on and lonesome place and yet only 5 min drive to the beach and 10 minutes drive to town Makarska with all amenities. The house comprises an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor, whilst the first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (each or them has its own bathroom).
