The house consists of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet and open space with living room, dining area and kitchen.

The olive trees surround this small stone house.The house is built from natural materials.Electricity is provided by solar panels and water is naturally sourced.Situated 10 min. drive from the beach and village of Prižba.Town Blato is 3km away where you have shops,bus stop,etc.We recommend getting to the house by car.Should you require to rent a car we can provide that service.If you are looking for a beautiful view of sea,islands,with some peace and quiet feel free to make a booking. Pool Villa Rogac, Vis

On the ground floor the outdoor area with a swimming pool leads to the separate one bedroom apartment connected via outside staircase to the main house. The main fully equipped kitchen and dining/living area are located on the first floor with floor to ceiling glass door leading to the terrace. The staircase leads up to the second floor with two double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. Master bedroom with terrace offering amazing sea views is located on the top floor.

You will be surrounded by vines, roses, rosemary, herbs, trees, butterflies and birds. You will share the nature with lovely birds, hedgehogs, rabbits and our 4 cats.
