Keskeisen sijainnin ansioista pääset rauhalliselta Patalahdelta muutamassa minuutissa laskettelemaan talvisin kuin golfaamaan kesäisin, tai vaikka Himos Areenan tapahtumiin. Huvila on kaksi kerroksinen - alakerrassa 110m2 ja parvella 40m2. Himos Villa Nuppula sopii mainiosti perheille, kaveriporukoille, polttareihin tai vaikka viretapahtumien järjestämiseen

The entrance floor features a large open-plan kitchen, living room, a WC and two bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a lounge area, a bedroom and a sleeping alcove plus WC. The lowest level has a bedroom, and sauna facilities. The backyard has a jacuzzi (separate reservation). The shore area includes a dock and a BBQ shelter.

This extremely unique 200-year old log house offers you an outstanding holiday. The property locates only 15 minutes by car from Jyväskylä. The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Mummola Himoksen kupeessa/ House next to Himos

Oma erillistalo omalla pihapiirillä, luonnon helmassa. Alakerrassa iso tupa ja pieni keittiö jossa leivinuuni. Juuri remontoitu sauna- kylpyhuone ja erillinen wc. Saunatilojen yhteydessä myös juuri remontoitu oleskeluhuone, jossa levitettävä vuodesohva. Oleskeluhuoneen yhteydessä kodinhoitohuone, jossa pyykinpesukone. Talo sijaitsee noin 2km päässä Pohjois-Himoksesta. Käytössä uimaranta Päijänteellä noin 500m päässä.Kesäisin erillisestä sopimuksesta käytössä soutuvene.

Villa Salmi, 10 hlön huvila, 10 km Himokselta

Vuokrataan Villa Salmea Jämsän Jokisuulta Päijänne järvi näkymin. Rauhallinen sijainti. Nukkumapaikat 10 hlö:lle. Kohteessa kaikki perusmukavuudet lisäksi sauna, kylpytynnyri, iso katettu terassi, kuivauskaappi, viinikaappi, kattava astiasto ja kaasugrilli. Etäisyys Himokselle 10 km ja etäisyys järvelle 300 metriä. Varaus pitää sisällään liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja kylpytynnyrin käytön ilman lisämaksua. Kysy lemmikkieläimen tuonnista erikseen ja kuvaile lemmikkiä.

Viihtyisä mökki järven rannalla sekä omalla porealtaalla. Pihassa myös oma grillikatos. Himoksen keskustan palvelut mm. Golf, kelkkavuokraus, rinteet, padel, keilaus sekä ravintolat muutaman kilometrin päässä ja Jämsän palvelut noin 8km päässä. Tervetuloa viihtymään perheen kesken tai isommalla kaveriporukalla :) Mökissä sängyt 6:lle sekä olohuoneessa levitettävä sohva sekä pari vuoderahia. Mökissä oma ranta jossa laituri. Iso piha myös pihapeleihin yms.

Kimallus sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella Jyväsjärven rannalla, keskustan tuntumassa. Majoitut 3. kerroksen uudessa saunallisessa kaksiossa . Isolla lasitetulla parvekkeella nautit olostasi. Nukut mukavasti 160 cm leveässä parisängyssä, lisämajoittujat nukkuvat 140 cm leveällä vuodesohvalla, 0-2-vuotias matkasängyssä. Lähellä rantaraitin lenkkipolut ja leikkipuisto. Meille pääset helposti omalla autolla tai julkisella liikenteellä.

Unique vacation villa near Himos slopes with a view of the northern slope. 5 minutes by car to the slope. Well-maintained winter trails pass by the villa, with multiple pairs of snowshoes free to use. Outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) can be rented for 160€/stay. Note: If you want bed linens and towels, they can be rented separately for 20 euros per person. This is a common practice for holiday cottages in Finland.
