Small Thoroughbred Race Horse Farm on a beautiful lake. The dock has plenty of benches for fishing, picnicking, or just dreaming. There is a Swimming pool right out your door. Please note there is no barrier around pool and all children (anyone under age of 18)must be supervised at all times. Guests must swim at their own risk. You may see horses in the paddocks. The guesthouse Cute & Cozy is private yet adjacent to the main house (owner lives) and has its own entrance. Located in central Florida, between Orlando and Tampa; 3 miles from Legoland, 5-10 minute walk from shopping and restaurants on Cypress Gardens Blvd. The Cute & Cozy is also in a great location from Florida's amazing beaches, just under 2 hours east or west. Maybe an hour drive to Disney, SeaWorld and Universal (depends traffic)

Private 2 bedroom w/bathrm in portion of POOL home

Hello travelers! 😀 We offer a portion of our home with a private entrance off the pool area. Your area has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and internet TVs and a private bathroom. The mini kitchen has a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, microwave and a bread toaster. Please note the pool is shared with my family and another set of travelers. As a side note there is often discoloration of the pavers and cushions during the rainy season.
