The front porch is great for an evening of gathering by the chiminea and fun times. The home is suited for 2 adults and 2 children (4 people max) or just a nice retreat for a couple's weekend and or vacation. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom . Waterfront cottage just six minutes to historic downtown New Bern. Beautiful place on deep water Brices Creek excellent for swimming, boating, fishing, crabbing, kayaking. Enjoy your own private expansive sand beach right on the waterfront. Take a relaxing nap in our beach hammock or sit in one of our comfortable beach chairs with your toes in the sand and drink of choice in your hand. You also have use of a shared dock off to the side of the property.

Dockside Daze/Sunday checkout 5pm/Riverfront

Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.
