Welcome to Central Town Holiday Home. Centrally located it is an ideal base to explore the amazing city of Rotorua and the wonderful attractions the city has to offer. Suitable for couples or groups of up to nine people. Located close to the city center, within the quiet and friendly Glenholme area. Visitors to the house are supplied with a simple breakfast and premium tea & coffee. Parties and events are not allowed. Nightly rate is for first 2 guests. Each additional guest is $40/night.

Cosy Clean Unit in Central Location.

Enjoy our cosy, self contained bedsit unit which is detached from the main house with its own private entrance and off street parking. Our unit is not modern in design or decor but it is clean and central with a comfy double bed, fresh linen, towels, and hot water for showering. Simple breakfast supplied for your first night, all for a reasonable rate in quiet cul de sac street, just 20 minutes walk to town centre, or 5 minute walk to bus ride for resturants and sightseeing attractions.

Just a stone’s throw from the CBD, and a leisurely 10 minute walk to Skyline Skyrides, Canopy Tours and the local supermarket. So, whether you're here to explore, recharge, or a bit of both, Nine on Cochrane is your home base for all things relaxation and adventure. Come on in, and let the good vibes begin!

Centrally located, with elevated views. Your space is completely detached, with full privacy, carpark, lockbox entry. Making for the perfect spot for an intimate boutique feel get away. Tastefully designed modern lockwood/rustic chic complemented with rich textures in mind. Coffee & tea selection is provided within your room for your stay. Thoughtfully equipped appliances - kettle, toaster & microwave for your convenience. However no full kitchen cooking facilities.

Redwood Bivvy

Our newly built cabin is perfectly located for adventurers wanting to explore the redwood forest and lakes or is a peaceful space for those looking to relax and unwind. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor cedar bathtub while overlooking Rotorua. A 5 minute pedal will have you in the forest, connecting to the forest loop. Local cafes and pubs are only a couple minutes drive down the hill with the CBD a 10 minute drive.

Monarch Retreat - Private, self-contained unit

Self-contained studio unit at this peaceful and centrally located place, enjoy the private courtyard, covered parking and self check-in. Located a 5 minute drive from the city center, world reknown moutainbiking tracks, tourist attractions and positioned on the fringe of Springfield Golf Course. Perfect for a couples retreat, work trip or getaway. Sit back, relax and enjoy.

Fresh and modern in Lynmore. Secure bike storage and E-bike charging. Quiet residential area. Off street parking and secure exclusive bike shed. Bike to The Redwoods, walk to cafes and the Good Eastern pub. One of very few homes with twin single beds so best suited to two friends or a parent and child. Self contained but it is attached to the main family home.

Newly renovated studio tucked away in the back corner of our property provides a quiet private sanctuary to unwind. Central city is a 25min walk or 5 min uber or bus ride. Just around the corner from us is a boutique bakery, coffee shop, laundry mat, Convenience store & fish & chip shop. We hope you enjoy our cosy bed for the night.

Our family love Rotorua and traveling so have created a private comfortable space for you to experience all the amazing to dos our beautiful surroundings have to offer. Ponga magic is a unique space, a pod made by Podlife located on a quiet street near the famous Redwood forests, tranquil lakes and only a short drive to the CBD.

One of original houses in Koutu got completely different modern look recently. We have put all time and effort to make our home stand out and we are proud of it. It's conveniently located on cul de sac only 50m away from our beautiful lake. Newly fenced with automatic gate for privacy and extra piece of mind.
