River cottage is set by a trickling peaceful river, in the tranquil landscape of Powys. The cottage is exclusive to yourself on your stay with your own private hot tub. This 3 bedroom 1902 cottage sleeps 6, with 3 spacious double bedrooms. The panoramic sun lounge over looks our farm animals and wildlife. The light spacious kitchen includes an oil cooking range, electric cooker and all the other essentials you need. The local shop, pub & restaurant are superb and are within walking distance.

Enchmarsh Farm barn

Small barn in the midst of a working Dairy and sheep farm right next to our home with fabulous walks all around. Double bed with small shower room and mini kitchen area in the corner of the room. Ideal as walking base or base when working in the area. Good parking just outside the barn - vehicles can be left whilst you walk the glorious hills around. Cooked breakfast available in the dining room in the farmhouse for £10 per person - includes the choice of sausage, bacon, eggs etc.

We are also approximately 1 mile away from Plas Dinam Country House. It has a fully equipped kitchen and large comfortable chairs - perfect for a short break or longer holiday. Montgomeryshire - the Paradise of Wales Montgomeryshire is known as "The Paradise of Wales", and this charming holiday cottage is located at its very heart. The area is beautiful, ranging from fertile farm land in the valleys to mountainous regions with lakes and forests. For visitors with time to walk and explore, the countryside is perfection. The nearby Hafren Forest, from which the Rivers Hafren (Severn), Wye and Rheidol rise, has many signposted walks.

Relax in our garden house in rural Shropshire. You'll be greeted by curious cats and chickens...and probably Allan and me. There's some fabulous walks, a lovely local and some pretty market towns all within easy reach. There's lots of interesting CDs to to play, is all we ask is that you return the CD to its case and to the appropriate place in the shelf.
