Das Haus liegt in dem kleinen ruhigen mittelalterlichen Dorf Armo, ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und hat einen unverstellten Ausblick über das ganze Tal. Die Haushälfte mit eigenem Eingang verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und offener Küche, einem Schlafzimmer, großem Bad und riesiger Terrasse Parken kann direkt vor dem Haus. Ein kleiner See liegt am Ortsausgang. Hängende Trauerweiden umsäumen das Ufer und eine alte Kapelle aus dem Mittelalter runden das Bild gut ab. Von Casa Vittoria hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine auf die Kathedrale Santa Maddalena bis hin zum Meer. Ein Spaziergang dorthin lohnt sich allemal.
