We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. A dream takes shape: Podere Cereo, to share our corner of paradise with you.

Immerso nella natura dei Colli Euganei, questo rustico di charme è il rifugio ideale per chi cerca relax e bellezza. Recentemente ristrutturato, offre un'atmosfera accogliente, con vista mozzafiato e piscina panoramica. Perfetto per coppie ed amanti della natura, è il luogo ideale per staccare dalla routine e rigenerarsi tra paesaggi incantevoli. I dintorni offrono una ricca scelta enogastronomica, sentieri, spa e centri termali, campi da golf. A mezz'ora da Padova e un'ora da Venezia e Verona.

Il bilocale può ospitare comodamente due persone in un ambiente curato e funzionale. All’ingresso si trova la cucina, moderna ed accessoriata (induzione, macchina del caffè, microonde, frigorifero e lavastoviglie). Il soggiorno è lo spazio ideale per rilassarsi: un comodo divano, una smart TV da 50" (accesso a Netflix) e un tavolo perfetto per pranzare o lavorare al PC. Il corridoio porta alla spaziosa camera da letto (con smart TV 40") ed al bagno (dotato di phon e lavasciuga). Centralissimo!

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
