If you like beautiful views from the lounge or terrace having your morning/afternoon coffee, tea, and wine. This is an ideal home to relax, go fishing, swimming, hiking and bicycle riding.

With direct, private access to the Great Valley Trail and the Ovens River, The Stables provides luxurious bespoke accommodation and complimentary mountain bikes for your stay. Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, only a short 45 minute drive away for hiking & skiing. The tranquil setting, the cosiness of the Log Cabin, spa, log fire, comfy beds and leather recliners offer an accommodation experience difficult to find elsewhere in Australia. The Lodge is self catering and good for 1 or 2 couples or families with kids.

An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.
