We have an array of things to do with local cafes, fishing club, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis clubs, and great walks all on our doorstep. Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.

Te Kohanga Eco Lodge

Relax and enjoy sunny Plimmerton, the tranquility of the bush and the comfort of this new eco house. Te Kohanga Eco Lodge was built in 2019 and is only minutes' walk from the beach at Karehana Bay in Plimmerton, a popular beach destination with its own cafe culture. In the winter, the eco lodge is heated using infrared heating panels on the ceiling. The heating is pre-set for your comfort and will provide you with the same kind of warmth that you would expect in a European house in the winter.

Location, privacy, garden

Located in a quiet, leafy suburb with shops nearby this apartment is in a sturdy house built in 1965 with a picnic lawn and view to Rangituhi. A 15 min walk to the railway station. Kapiti Line, min drive to Te Rauparaha Arena, Whitireia Polytechnic and the Police College. 20 - 30 min drive to Wellington. The space can be comfortable with one bed, or a family space with an extra one or two beds. There ‘s a lip (small wooden barrier) into the shower and a low ceiling. Great Wifi No TV.

Mount Welcome Shearers Cottage

This is a romantic little cottage with a lovely ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy a comfy Queen sized bed and cotton linens. The cottage has its own garden next to the homestead. Just moments from the l Escarpment track and the train station making it very easy to get into Wellington cbd (35mins). Our neighbours are developing the land so we are expecting noise this coming summer during the daytime but its sporadic, hence the lower than usual rates. If your dates are unavailable please ask.

"ABSOLUTE BEACH FRONT!" no kidding. smack bang on the beach in Plimmerton. Step off the deck onto the permanent sandy beach, yes really. Its a beach holiday experience. Fully furnished everything included, out door living at its best including-Spa, Hammocks, hot shower, kayaks, boogie boards, beach games, BBQ. So swim, shower, spa, hammock, eat, movie sleep and push repeat. Stroll along the beach for fish and chips or down to the train station for a night in town. Bachy and relaxed.

You will have access to the whole unit – two bedrooms, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom. There are also three private deck areas for your use. It's five minutes walk from the beach, ideal for a beach holiday and great for a family (can host up to six people). Enjoy the stroll to Plimmerton Village and the vibe of the cafes. Handy to train.

Oak Lee – tranquility 23km from the city. Elegant and spacious self-contained studio apartment with its own entrance downstairs from the main house. Breakfast is not included in the booking. There are cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The kitchenette has a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. Beaches and pleasant walking and cycling tracks close by. Paremata station is a 20 minute walk away.

Golden Gate Get-away... Right by the water!

Golden Gate Getaway is a cosy self contained apartment with a private entrance. It has a cosy master bedroom, a fully functioning kitchen with basic supplies & tea/coffee, a simplistic bathroom/laundry area and a brightly lit lounge room with TV, fast unlimited wifi & board games! We have set up a new work desk area too. There is close public transport to the city and access to water on both sides!

Little 6 Holiday Home Titahi Bay Beach

A great wee spot for visiting family nearby, short block courses at Whitireia, and pit stops for interisland ferry travellers. A two minute stroll to our fab surf beach with a great walking track at the south end. A short wander to the local sports clubs, takeaways, TBay Cafe, Beer Engine, 4Square and local RSA. 5 minutes by car to Pataka Art + Museum and Te Rauparaha Arena.
