Το Summer Dream βρίσκεται στον Πόρο και είναι μια παραδοσιακή πέτρινη διώροφη κατοικία, με μεγάλη βεράντα και μπαλκόνι, σε απόσταση 300μ από το λιμάνι και 400μ από το Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο. Σε εκπληκτική τοποθεσία, χτισμένο και πρόσφατα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και εξοπλισμένο, με τα δυο επίπεδα που διαθέτει, σας υπάσχεται μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία, όπου ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να απολάυσει το απέραντο γαλάζιο και τη μαγευτική θέα του νησιού.

Fully equipped and functional to spend your vacation days. The location of the house, in the heart of the traditional neighborhood. It can accommodate up to 4 people, in the master bedroom upstairs there is a double bed, upstairs there is also another bathroom. In the bedroom located on the ground floor there are two single beds. Please keep in mind that the eccess to the house is through footsteps approximatelly 100. You won't be able to reach the house with a car.

We welcome you in our cottage house in Taktikoupoli, a strategic location between Methana and Poros island, just 1 km away from the nearest coast (by car). A peaceful retreat away from town noises but so close to excellent choices such as Methana Volcano, Thermal Volcanic Spa, Ancient Theater of Epidayros, DevilBridge, Vathi fish taverns, Psifta Lake. Plus, the garden spot is a lovely place to enjoy the sunset. All you need is a vehicle (mandatory) and travel mood!

Also, it is close to the Volcano of Methana, Vathi marina, the Ancient Theater of Epudaurus, Devil’s Bridge, Lake of Psifta and Poros island. All you need is a car or a motorcycle and travelling mood! But how can you come? By car via Korinthos and Epidaurus or by ship via Methana or Poros.

Κλιματισμός σε όλα τα δωμάτια και παροχές για μια άνετη διαμονή.

Nesea House Παραδοσιακή πέτρινη δίπατη κατοικία

Στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό Πόρου, βρίσκεται το Nesea House, μια πέτρινη δίπατη μονοκατοικία συνολικού εμβαδού 85τμ, πλήρως ανακαινισμένη με υπέροχη θέα στο λιμάνι του νησιού. Από τις βεράντες και τα παράθυρα ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να απολαύσει την όμορφη θέα στη θάλασσα και τη γαλήνη που προσφέρει το περιβάλλον. Το κατάλυμα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 6 άτομα σε διπλά κρεβάτια και 2 σε καναπέ-κρεβάτι.

Ένας χώρος που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα. Το σπίτι έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ, κήπο, βεράντα, θέα στη θάλασσα, ένα μπάνιο, κουζίνα, καθιστικό και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι. Στον χώρο του καθιστικού υπάρχουν δύο καναπέδες. Ο ένας καναπές γίνεται μονό κρεβάτι, ενώ ο δεύτερος ανοίγει και μεταμορφώνεται σε ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι που φιλοξενεί άνετα δυο ενήλικες.
