The spacious lounge overlooks the private fenced courtyard with sunlight streaming in & bonus glimpses of the green hills

A Loft amongst the Gum Trees

Please note owners are onsite adjacent to guest accomadation. Located only a short 7 min drive west of Apollo Bay along the iconic Great Ocean Road and nestled amongst the gum trees. It is a rare day when you won’t spot a koala on the property. The Loft is spacious and adjacent to our family home. It is located above our shed, with private access and courtyard at the rear. The property is full of wildlife along with our animals... sheep, chickens and our dogs Honey and Cleo and cat Spot!

Parker's Cottage - Close to Timboon and GOR

A peaceful haven. Set in a tranquil garden, you will be able to relax and enjoy this charming two-bedroom cottage using it as a wonderful base to explore Timboon and the Great Ocean Road. Suited to couples and small families, Parker’s Cottage is located less than a 10-minute drive to Timboon’s fabulous cafes, shops and supermarket. Other attractions include Timboon Fine Ice Cream, Timboon Distillery and Berry World. We provide linen, towels and some basic breakfast and pantry provisions.

This 2 bedroom self-contained cottage with balcony, is attached to my owner-built bluestone home on a 5-acre piece of paradise. The Otway National Park edges the property, creating a lovely atmosphere of seclusion and peace, also enjoyed by birds and wildlife.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

The Cosy Little Beach Shack: Pets are Welcome

The Little Shack is a modern bungalow with a spacious double gated yard area, less than 1km from the beach. It is situated behind the main residence, 5 blocks from the main street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth and beaches. Around the corner are the Fletcher Jones gardens, a fish + chip shop, a laundromat and a cafe ~Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval. The bed mattress is a Melbourne made firm queen sized, and parking is on the street.
