Best locations on SPI, walking distance to the Entertainment District where you'll find bars, restaurants, and many fun things to do. 4 min walk to the beach with public access. Across the street from Blue Marlin Supermarket. Private backyard (just for this apartment) with a BBQ Grill that connects to the pool area. Two story condo with rooms on the second floor with a beautiful balcony with partial views of the bay. Good for couples, solo adventurers, group of friends, and families (with kids).

The SandBox Grotto

The Grotto is the downstairs half of a vintage beachside beachhouse owned by "the sandcastle lady" - sandy feet. With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Fully equipped for your best pal with a large pet door and an even larger kennel. Beach toys, boogie boards — everything you need for your Padre vacation in one place. WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE? 2BR, 2 BATH. LARGER THAN MOST...SPREAD OUT 500 foot walk to one of the few SPI beach entrances with restrooms and showers. Ground floor adult living condo gets a person in the mood for salt life vacation without dragging luggage up and down stairs. Great dining with in one block walking distance e.g. Mexican food of Chilito Pikin. Craft beers from Padre Island Brewing company. Tom and Jerry's bar and grill. Josephine’s for Breakfast & Lunch, Whataburger for a quick bite.

Great condo on the beach side of South Padre Island available! Booking guest must be 21 or over and stay for trip. This place has a pool available during daylight hours and is perfect for families. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with third sofa bed that pulls out from sleeper sofa. There is an assigned long parking spot that can fit 2 cars. There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

This condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed, two bunk beds in the hall & queen sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances & cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender & toaster. Dining area sits 6. This unit is located on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to load/unload suitcases & groceries. Only a few steps to the beach. The best aspect of this condo is its location having a lots of amenities within walking distance.

La Pequena Perla

Your family will be in the heart of the entertainment district when you stay at this centrally-located condo. Local restaurants, bars, family friendly Gravity Park with golf carts, ferris wheel, reverse bungee and the year round sand castle display just steps out the front door! You are a half a block from the bay and a seven minute walk to beach access! You are in the center of it all! Dishwasher and washer and dryer in condo. Couch is a sleeper sofa.

Cozy Apartment

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just 30-1 hour to South Padre Island. Home also includes a small crib and a high chair for infants. Discount for long term stay over a week. There will also be an extra cleaning fee of $84 every 15 days so cleaning lady can come clean apartment.

Island Breeze Beach House

Beautifully decorated beach house located right off of Gulf Blvd. Although we are not right on the beach, we have a beach access right across on either side of Island Breeze and only 1 minute walking distance. Island Breeze Beach House is located upstairs on the East side.
