Bohemian Dreams at a Plant-filled Design Loft near the Beach

The loft was here before we moved in. It is one of the oldest buildings in Poblenou. The apartment was transformed into a big open space that includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, a TV, an office space, and the bedroom. The place is in the ground floor, so it is accessible by disabled people and family with a child. We enjoy the afternoon sun and the mornings. We have sun shining into the entrance and the terrace. We've kept a lot of the industrial fittings in the space, and a lot of the furniture we've implemented follows this industrial design. One should not forget that it used to be an industrial space until earlier this year, and it's not a conventional apartment. It's one big open space, and the guest room is separated. Guests will have full access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a big open kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV area, bathroom, bedroom, terrace and plenty of space. We are usually available and love to interact with our guests. However, there are moments in which we are not available to our guests because we have our own plans. We also respect the fact that you may have plans, and don't have time to interact with us. However, we would like to enjoy a meal together at least, either a brunch or an evening snack. Our neighborhood is a vibrant, and up and coming area of Barcelona, it's a maximum 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the yellow Metro line crosses just straight outside the apartment. You need to remember the Selva de Mar stop. Around the block, there are some small restaurants and bars, there is a big supermarket called Mercadona for late night snack shopping (until 9:15 pm) or in Diagonal shopping center (until 10:00 pm). Or if you need to buy red wine for dinner. If you walk another two blocks to the South you'll find the Rambla del Poblenou, that is a pedestrian street and has numerous bars and restaurants of different quality. The Rambla Poblenou is straight all the way from Diagonal to the beach. If you like to eat tapas we can recommend you a restaurant that it is called La Tertulia in La Rambla del Poblenou or the another option is Bitacoras Restaurant near to the Rambla. If you like to eat Mexican food, “Los chilis” in La Rambla del Poblenou is a very good choice. But if you´re vegan or vegetarian, there is a vegan restaurant in front of the apartment, inside the Factory/Garden (Palo Alto) which opens Monday to Saturday. The last recommendation is “El Traspaso” which is in the corner and it is good option for the night:) You can end the night with a good cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The metro yellow line runs opposite to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and the metro station you should look for is Selva de Mar. One thing to remember is that we are having our business registered in the space, we are freelancers, and work from home, but if someone asks, you are simply friends visiting us. Poblenou is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, with small cafes, art studios, and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars. The beach is just five minutes' walk away, and the yellow Metro line crosses right outside the apartment.

My apartment is very bright with lots of sun and a splendid terrace with a table for 4 people for breakfast , or anything you want to do ... It is a perfect place to relax in an atmosphere of silence ... ( Sun shines 340 days a year ) jjjj The apartment is a penthouse 5th floor , but there is a lift We have 2 wonderful rooms : - A room with a large window (natural light and sun) direct access to the terrace + very comfortable double bed super comfortable , a wardrobe where you can store your clothes and belongings .... also air conditioning and central heating .. . - A living room with a super comfortable convertible sofa bed ... easy to open and fold !!! room have cable TV , air conditioning and central heating, beautiful wood table for 4 people ... the room has plenty of natural light and sunshine, with direct access to the terrace... ( super good ! !) - The bathroom is completely clean ,(super important for me and mi people) with shower and bath, toilet complete with everything you need ... of course be given a set of 2 towels for each of you ... - The kitchen is completely new ( newly renovated ) : has electric stove, oven, microwave , glasses, plates and everything you need to complete FULL EQUIP kithchen ... - whole apartment is very clean and well maintained ... On arrival I will explain anything you need on apartameto and Barcelona ... - We are conveniently located as to be the center of Barcelona apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood called Poble Sec ... - The location is perfect : We are : -10 Minutes walk from the Ramblas -15 Minutes walk from the sea -15 Minutes walk from Catalunya Paza -10 Minutes walk from the Olympic Stadium and magical sources -15 Minutes walk from Passeig de Gracia - 18 minutes walk from the Born every body who wants a nice, clean, sunny and well located place is well come --- The place is super quiet is perfect for relaxing enjoying !
