Highfield cottage is a stone-built house on a hill at Hillhouse Farm Escapes in the Scottish Borders. This old shepherd's house is renovated to a modern & cosy standard. It has a superb kitchen with range cooker and large dining table, a huge lounge and two generous bedrooms (one is en-suite). Best of all is the stunning rural location with incredible views. It's an easy one-mile walk to a pub. Dog friendly. The house next door, a Little House on the Hill (Herniecleugh), is also available.

Garden Cottage

Our peaceful cottage is located at the bottom of our garden, reached by a private lane less than 200 yards from the centre of Haddington. Haddington is a historic market town 20 miles east of Edinburgh and has good public transport to the city. Located in East Lothian and 20 minutes drive to the many beaches and golf courses. There are several restaurants, pubs and coffee shops within an easy stroll. The cottage is self-contained with private parking in a relaxed, quiet setting.

The property is perfectly situated in Musselburgh within two minute walking distance to the High Street where there are ample cafe's, bars and restaurants. Buses aplenty, not only to Edinburgh (approximately 45 mins away) but also all parts of East Lothian. Train station with direct 7 minute access to Edinburgh (a five minute drive away or 25 minute walk). Wifi included.

My place is close to Yellowcraig Beach (one of the best beaches in Scotland), between Gullane and North Berwick. You’ll love my place because of the quiet, rural location, the comfy beds, the views and the high ceilings. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Pets are subject to an additional £30 cleaning fee per pet per stay, payable on arrival. Pet fees are not included in the price you will have already paid.

Lammer Cottage @ Carfrae Farm

A spacious country cottage with free parking, private hot tub, garden. There is a sauna for use by guests on the grounds. A beautiful rural location on Carfrae Farm in East Lothian. There is the award winning licensed Carfrae Farm Shop on site which includes a huge range of local products. A lovely welcome hamper provided in the cottage on arrival. The perfect location to relax and explore the wide open spaces of the countryside. 4 Star Rating from Visit Scotland.

The coach House

Beautifully renovated Coach House in our lovely East Lothian Garden, which was recently opened to the public as part of the East Lothian garden trail. Perfect for a cosy weekend break or as an ideal base to explore beautiful East Lothian, we are 10 minutes from the stunning beaches in Gullane, North Berwick and Tyninghame, 15 from Dunbar. The John Muir way is nearby for some fabulous cycling and walking and if you fancy a hill or two the Lammermuirs are nearby.
