O nosso apartamento fica na zona mais central da cidade, edifício burguês oitocentista, completamente reconstruído e ajustado ao lifestyle moderno - ainda que mantendo a pedra à vista. Oferece todas as condições para hospedar seja um casal, dois casais ou uma família de 5. Com um ótimo pátio privativo para refeições, ler e relaxar, dispõe de 2 quartos, quarto de banho, uma sala ampla com zona de estar, zona de refeições e kitchenette totalmente equipada, com frigorifico, micro-ondas, máquina de café, máquina de lavar loiça, e, todos os utensílios e loiças, que poderão vir a ser necessárias durante a sua estadia. O apartamento está equipado com máquina de lavar e secar roupa, Wi-Fi, TV, Ar condicionado e coluna Bluetooth. Os nossos hóspedes são convidados a disfrutar de todas as áreas do apartamento incluindo a cozinha, lavandaria e o pátio privativo. A nossa maior satisfação é que os nossos hóspedes desejem voltar. O Metro do Porto, cobre toda a cidade, e faz a ligação ao aeroporto. A estação Central do metro da Trindade dista do apartamento 350 metros. Por favor, note que a partir de 1 de março de 2018, um imposto municipal de 2 euros por pessoa, por noite, não está incluído no preço da estadia. Este imposto é cobrado aos hóspedes de 13 anos ou mais. Está sujeito a um montante máximo de EUR 14 por pessoa. Our apartment provides a comfortable stay for 4-5 persons. It is perfect for a family or two couples, with(out) a child. Located in the very city center, the apartment is a part of a historical 19th-century building, completely renovated and adapted to the needs of the modern lifestyle, still keeping the original stone-tile facade. The apartment includes a very nice private courtyard - ideal for reading, relaxing and eating. It has two bedrooms, a toilet with a shower, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all cutlery and serving sets, that you might need). In the apartment, you also have a washing/drying machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, AC and a Bluetooth speaker. Our guests are kindly invited to enjoy all the areas of the apartment, including the private courtyard, kitchen, and laundry-closet. Our biggest pleasure is when we see that our guests wish to come back, we always try to support with local tips on the best places and walks in the city. Couples and families can count on our preference. Located in one of the most traditional streets of the city, on Rua do Almada, you will be within walking distance of all the interesting spots of downtown Porto, its traditional commerce, restaurants, cafes, cultural and historical sites that make a city with a desire to return ... Metro do Porto, covers the entire city, and connects to the airport. The central station of Trindade is far from the apartment 350 meters. NOTE: City Tourist Tax Please note that from the 1st of March 2018 a city tax of EUR 2 per person, per night is not included in the price of the stay. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 14 per guest.

Rustic, Romantic Flat in the Historic Center

Soak up the vintage feel of a remodeled home in one of Porto's most charming areas in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage site. Set in a 19th-century building, cool stone walls, pretty patterned floors, and white walls create a relaxed aesthetic. Cleanness, coziness and functionality are the decoration’s key aspects. Despite its elegance and modern style, the apartment was conceived to bring you comfort after a great day of sightseeing. It sleeps up to 4 people comfortably, as it has a double bedroom and a comfy sofa-bed in the living room - bed linens and towels are provided. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchenette in case you want to cook your own meals (fridge, cooker, microwave/oven, dishwasher machine, kitchenware). An electric fan for summer and a heating system for winter is provided in order to give you more comfort. I'll be here to welcome you, show you around and give you a few tips on my favorite places in town! During your stay and every time you need help, I'll be a phone call or a text message away :) The flat sits in a quiet patio in the Ribeira area, near trendy restaurants and very close to the lovely Rua das Flores. The neighborhood's restaurants and bars are great for a nice meal or just for chilled sunset drinks with friends. From the apartment it is very easy to access the main Public Transportation: ⁃ A bus station is located just 100 meters away; ⁃ São Bento’s Station (metro and train) is just 500 meters away; ⁃ Taxi square is located just 150 meters away; GETTING HERE • By metro: The cheapest way to arrive to the apartment; Take the violet line and change to the yellow line at “Trindade”. When at “São Bento” Metro Station, look for a large street going down to the river (Rua Mouzinho da Silveira). Go through that street and after 500 meters you’ll see a small patio on your left side - you have arrived here! It should take you about 45 min from the airport to the apartment. • By train: If you’re coming by train, probably your station will be “Porto Campanhã”; When in “Porto Campanhã”, please look for the train going to “São Bento” Station (use the same ticket); After you leave the “São Bento” Train Station, just look for a large street going down to the river (Rua Mouzinho da Silveira). Go through that street and after 450 meters you’ll see a small patio on your left side - you have arrived here! • By car If you’re arriving by car, there is a car park 50 meters from the apartment - at Praça Infante Dom Henrique; Please note that fees apply to park at the street - you can find the coin machines at the streets or use the TelPark app (iOs and Android). In case you need a baby cot, I have one! Please let me know in advance so that I can have it set up when you arrive.

Situado numa rua típica do Porto, este apartamento beneficia de uma excelente localização no centro histórico da cidade, perto de lojas, serviços, da icónica região da Ribeira e da Ponte de D. Luís. Quando chega ao prédio tem um lance de escadas até ao primeiro piso.

You can find the necessary to have your breakfast or pre-cooked meals, and complementary water, coffee and tea. We also offer amenities, cable-tv and internet. You can find nearby several mini markets and restaurants, pharmacies, self-service laundry and ATM. Walking distances: subway 10 min, city center 20 min, Estádio do Dragão and shopping mall 15 min.
