La casa è particolarmente comoda per l'accesso diretto sulla spiaggia di Porto Taverna. La strada che dà accesso alla casa è lontana dal traffico. Lenzuola e asciugamani possono essere noleggiati al costo di 25 EUR a persona a soggiorno. Questa opzione deve essere richiesta almeno una settimana prima dell'arrivo e pagata in contanti al check-in. Il check-in é possibile dopo le 19, previo accordo e pagamento di un piccolo extra (late checkin).

All'interno troviamo una comoda camera da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura e il primo bagno. Al piano terra è presente un utile ripostiglio ed un secondo bagno.
